Rozlyn Press is a full-service small press. When a manuscript is chosen, the author signs a contract for first-edition release. Based on an individual timeline, we copyedit, substantive edit, and design our manuscripts in-house, working with the author to get everything just right. Each book is assigned a unique ISBN number prior to publication.
We are not a self-publishing or vanity press, though we use a print-on-demand service, Lightning Source, to create our paperback releases. Via Lightning Source, our titles can be found at several online booksellers as well as the Ingram distribution catalog available to book stores. We do not pay to publicize with expensive media outlets, and authors are expected to promote and market their book along with us. We promote our releases by offering review copies to targeted newspapers, websites, and book bloggers.
We do not offer an advance, however authors receive royalties on sales.
